The show was great, there was so many cool rides there to look at, I wish I had more time to talk shop with more people about there rides. We drove back home at night without any problems.

My freind bought it for the engine and transmission, and gave me the rest. And thats when I came up with the idea to use the original frame to build my old time hot rod truck.

46 Ford truck176 viewsThis is a 46 ford 1 1/2 ton cab and chassis. The original frame has been shortened and sectioned, and kicked up 10 ". The front of the rails have been pinched 3" and has a 126" W.B.. It has parallel rear leaf springs with quarter eliptical front springs. All cross members and mounts are hot rivited on. The front axle is 40 ford and a winters quick change in the rear, and the shock assorbers are knee action. The brakes front and rear are 45 fin Buicks with Wilson backing plates. 46 Ford truck140 views The engine is a real hot 1960 Chevy 283ci, coupled to a Richmond 5sp. The cab has been chopped 4". The grill is 1936 Ford P.U. grill, and the box is a shortend 1937 ford with a 1936 tailgate. It has a 70's chevy P.U. steel bed floor. The hood will be the original 1946, that will be shortened in length, and narrowed in the front to fit the 36 grill. The wheels are Ford, 16" in front and 18" in rear. The tires are Firestones, thru "Coker Tires". There are many more details and photos to come, so stay tuned and thanks for looking.

A & M Power Hammer139 viewsAaron and Mark hand made this power hammer in 2004. It weighs apx. 4500 lbs. and resemble a "YODER" brand machine. The mechanicals are from Metal Craft Tools. It has a varible speed of 0 to 900 Blows per minute, and uses a hydraulic clutch assembly built by A&M D.C.I., and has apx. a 60 lbs. of force.
